into the depths

I’ve decided to name the painting “In adancuri” or “Into the depths” because it depicts power and sexuality, the two facets of women that most often are hidden from sight. I’m still not sure whether I should have added a flower too, on the right, as a sign of fragility, since most often women have to hide that as well to be able to survive.

i need some ideas for the upcoming art-piece, regarding the title and the stuff I should paint on the right side.

this is one partial look:

into the deep

this used to be in the right side which is now erased because the painting doesn’t look good with two main characters:

into the deep

I was thinking: snake(s), some strange flowers, or just the tree.

Feel free to tell your opinion.

    Hei! I was thinking a snake too..that’s the funny part, afterwards I red the whole text. Yes, it has to be a snake, with an apple. And I say that it is not the woman who is tempted, but the other way around. ;)

    Lasa gol, e mai agonizant si in ton cu culorile (cam prea putin combinate totusi :( ). La “simtire” asa, eu as pune un banal foc (nu neaparat din ala de pus ceaunu cu mamaliga pe el :) ), dar mai “viu”, colorat si jucaus.

    F misto ai realizat corpul, volumul, modul cum tendoanele/ligamentele se leaga etc.

    E adevarat ca trebuie sa lasi doar un personaj principal, deci poti lasa amandoua, daca e leul in dreapta e doar un personaj principal in imagine :)

    not true. astea sunt cele mai popularizate ca mega-calitati pe care poa’ sa le aiba o femeie. realising that a woman is simple and a girl like any other girls, that’s most often hidden from sight.

    puterea femeii? cea mai popularizata calitate…
    si sexualitatea? da, poate pe documentarele discovery.

    si nu vb de calitati aici. vb de faptul ca femeia de multe ori e popularizata prin trasaturi negative generalizate si/ sau exagerate. si vb de faptul ca femeia de multe ori trebuie sa-si ascunda si puterea si sexualitatea pentru a nu fi blamata sau stigmatizata.

    si cand am zis sexualitate nu m-am referit la femeia=obiect sexual ci la femeia=om cu dorinte carnale.
