adagio for strings

Category: art, fun

is the best way for me to start any morning.

what was once the best saddest classical song and the highest selling piece on iTunes, now, equiped with beat and electrical sounds, it brings power, strength, vitality and joy of living. Watch Dj Tiesto’s cover of Samuel Barber’s “Adagio for Strings”:

in all forms it is a masterpiece.

Frankly I prefer Samuel Barber’s version…but because the origin of tiesto`s song is a sad one.. you should try this

like the theme in the haunted caste serenade.

William Orbit’s version is closer to the original but it doesn’t hold the optimism given by Tiesto. And I think it’s quite necessary to be optimistic these days, in order to achieve anything.
